1. Missing Package (Delivery Delay or Lost)
If your order does not arrive within 50 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Please contact us at myhikaku@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate the shipping status and issue a refund if the package is confirmed as lost.
2. Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll ask for photo or video proof of the damage. Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
